Making a dvd unit.

Today I am making a dvd unit with my son for his collection of WWE dvd's. For less than £20 all you need is 1 sheet of 18mm M.D.F ( Medium Density Fibreboard ).  We have already measured up for the shelf unit and worked out a cutting list, we will need:

2 @ 810mm x 210mm ( Sides )
4 @ 500mm x 200mm ( Shelves )
1 @ 500mm x 65mm   ( Brace )
Screws and glue.

Cutting the pieces to size out of the sheet of MDF.

Training my son Peter, hopefully he will follow in my footsteps and learn the trade.  It was the best bit of advice my Dad ever gave me, " Son, just make sure you get a trade behind you because people will always need work doing ".

Putting the shelf unit together, just need to fill, sand and paint now.
